Like many of us, Cameron wanted to turn his hire kart and simulator racing career into the real thing. With limited mechanical knowledge at the time, he joined a Formula ford team for the 2021 Series as an arrive-and-drive package which unfortunately didnโt transpire due to ongoing COVID restrictions.
Having met fellow competitor, Samuel Woodland, through work, the two formed a solid friendship that led to Cameron purchasing his own Excel at the end of 2024 which he has spent building and racing this season.
While the learning curve has been steep, he is thoroughly enjoying the competitiveness and affordability of Circuit Excel citing the Shell V-Power Motorsport Park west circuit as his favourite configuration.

Ain Morrison and his close-knit team are one of the hardest working in the paddock. Despite suffering more bad luck than most, his passion for racing has remained strong. Ain caught the racing bug after a rally experience gift for his 15th birthday.
He later participated in the 2019 Tarmac JDP Association of SA which introduced him to the world of excel racing. Ain joined the Circuit Excel grid in 2022 having built all three of his race cars himself at home.
The team name 10thgear Motorsport was a placeholder that was too good to change while his race number #983 dates back to JDP. Ain will be forever grateful for the skills and friendships forged from within the racing community.

Im excited to announce that Craig Lindsell will be Co-driver with myself in the 2025 Circuit Excel S.A. Enduro at Shell V-Power Motorsport Park in December.
Craig comes with a wealth of experience from currently racing in the Victorian 2lt Sports Sedans. Taking out the 2022 State championship in the D class.
He also currently holds the track records at Winton, Phillip Island and more importantly the West Track at The Bend in the same class.
